Following 15 years of selling for and managing traditional Real Estate offices, Jo-Anne believed there was an opportunity to offer a better experience to buyers and sellers . After helping her own parents through two moves after their early retirement, she realized how much she enjoyed working with that population and began learning and listening to what they cared about. With the added knowledge that the Seniors Real Estate Specialist certification provided, she found she loved helping whether they were downsizing, moving out of area or on to another living situation. Along with three of her most experienced colleagues, Jo-Anne shared the vision and values of a 'Seniors' focused model and created 'Boomers Plus' to assure that their clients best interests are always served with knowledge, compassion and respect.
After a successful career at AT&T and Lucent with extensive experience in Executive Relocation and real estate, Jo-Anne's knowledge and client-focused perspective has resulted in a successful business primarily based on recommendations and referrals from past clients, friends and family.
As a lifelong New Jersey resident, Jo-Anne has raised five children - two sets of twins - all now post college with special pride for her middle child who has returned from two tours of active military duty overseas. Although her priority has always been family, Jo-Anne's passion is to continue to be that trusted friend and professional who clients know will always have their best interests at heart.
